The Program is open to individuals aged eighteen (18) years or older with access to an internet-enabled device. Participants under the age of eighteen are strictly prohibited from purchasing or participating in the Program.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that We Scale Creators LLC, Alex Eubank, their employees, affiliates, contractors, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for any injury, loss, illness, or damages arising from or related to your participation in the Program, reliance on Program materials, or implementation of any advice, routines, or nutritional information contained therein.

f. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless We Scale Creators LLC, Alex Eubank, their officers, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising from or related to your participation in the Program, your use of Program materials, or your breach of these Terms.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Program is to discontinue its use and request a refund in accordance with the Refund Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The venue for any arbitration shall be in Maricopa County, Arizona.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

By enrolling in the Program, you consent to receive transactional and promotional communications via email and SMS regarding updates, offers, and program-related content. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in our messages.
