This Refund Policy (“Policy”) explains your eligibility for refunds and outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be requested and approved. By purchasing or participating in any program, product, or service related to the Greek God Training System, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy in its entirety.

To qualify for a refund under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, you must meet all of the following requirements:

a. You must request a refund within thirty (30) calendar days from the original date of purchase.

b. You must not have completed more than fifty percent (50%) of the program, course, or product content, as determined by our platform tracking systems or reasonable evidence of use.

c. You must provide proof of limited participation, including but not limited to screenshots, access logs, or similar documentation confirming that you have engaged with less than fifty percent (50%) of the purchased product or program.

d. You must provide a clear and good-faith reason for your refund request.

If all eligibility conditions are satisfied, a full refund of the purchase price will be granted and processed in accordance with Section 4 of this Policy.

Requests submitted without the required information may be delayed or deemed incomplete.

Upon receipt of your refund request, we will review your submission to verify eligibility under this Policy. We will respond to all refund requests within seven (7) business days. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment within five (5) to ten (10) business days following approval, depending on the policies of your financial institution.

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

a. You expressly waive any right to initiate or file a chargeback dispute with your credit card provider, payment processor, or financial institution once you have received access to the purchased digital program or product.

b. The Company retains verifiable records of each purchase, including but not limited to timestamps, IP addresses, and access logs, which serve as proof of product delivery and usage.

c. Any attempt to initiate a chargeback outside of this Policy constitutes a breach of these terms and will be vigorously disputed by providing evidence of purchase, access, and consent to this Policy.

d. The Company reserves the right to pursue legal action, including collection of funds, attorney’s fees, and damages arising from any improper or bad-faith chargeback attempt.

e. Chargebacks mandated by law will be honored in compliance with applicable consumer protection regulations.

All determinations regarding refund eligibility are made at the sole discretion of the Company. Refund decisions are final once communicated in writing to the Client. Once a refund has been processed, the Client’s access to the related program, platform, or materials will be immediately revoked.

This Refund Policy and any dispute arising out of or related to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be resolved pursuant to the arbitration and dispute resolution provisions set forth in the applicable Terms of Service governing the Greek God Training System.
